4cPM has two strands of development strategy.
(1) Direct Delivery.
Where 4cPM acts as its own Accredited Centre with a UK Hub and Spokes within a territory defined by a 3hr flight from UK.
(2) Indirect Delivery through 4cPM Accredited Centres.
Where 4cPM QAs an organisation to act on its behalf, delivering the IDPM within a defined territory.
4cPM Accredited Centres are quality assured (QA), business planned and contracted and pay a yearly Centre Registration Fee (£5000 pa). In addition they pay Cambridge Candidate Registration Fees (£400) and Candidate External Examination Fees (£300). The remainder of the income generated from locally charged IDPM Candidate income is their own. As part of the QA 4cPM agree and set yearly recruitment targets.
NOTE: Local IDPM Fees levels are guided by the equivalent costs of a locally offered Level 6/7 Post Graduate Diploma.
4cPM Accredited Centres are encouraged to develop outwards across their allocated territory with a network of ‘Spokes’ of IDPM cohorts. As the Spokes develop significant repeat business, they will become 4cPM Accredited Centres in their own right, paying the yearly Fee, redefining their territory, and developing their own Spoke cohorts.
4cPM is initiating strand 2 of its strategy in UK with 3 multi-nationals.
4cPM is a Associate Partner of University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE). CIE has more that 7000 operating centres in more than 150 countries www.cie.org.uk
